Just over a month ago, I launched this podcast with the intention of providing an honest, authentic look at what’s going on in my life. The episode of Keepin it R33L with Sean Geno is a rundown of what’s been going on in the past month since the launch of the podcast, including some highlights from recent conversations. Then, it’s onto sports – my take on sports, that is – and why I cuss so much. Finally, we get into Lisa’s trip to Miami to heal and connect with her dad. It’s a heartwarming story that will leave you feeling inspired.

This month has been a great one for the Keepin it R33L with Sean Geno podcast. We’ve had some great conversations and we’re looking forward to many more in the months to come.

If you’re looking for a podcast that is real, raw, and unfiltered, then this is the show for you. Keepin it R33L with Sean Geno is about keeping it real – no BS, no sugar coating. Just straight-up honesty about what’s going on in our lives.
